Become a sustainable real estate developer

Founded by a talented entrepreneur from large groups, Citimotion is beginning to carve out a significant place for itself in the market. A specialist in city center projects, which are complex to implement, the real estate developer owes his success to his ability to take into consideration all the issues of a project’s stakeholders.

Initial joint work allowed Citimotion’s value proposition and purpose to emerge from individual interviews and workshops devoted to the study of the brand and its targets. At the end of this first phase, concrete results: the signature “Citimotion, real estate with full confidence”, a manifesto and a website. To further materialize this DNA, Marsatwork offered to help Citimotion define its CSR commitments based on a 3-day design sprint to design, define and write the CSR approach in line with the UN Sustainable Development Goals. At the end of these 3 days, Citimotion had a designed and directly printable 12-page booklet.
